- If, for some reason, our software can't recover your files, we're sorry. Please send your files to support@zmigrator.com. Our tech support team will check your files and send you a solution. Your files will be kept private, and we'll delete them after solving the issue.
- If our support team can't recover your files, we'll refund your money (minus shipping/handling/commission/TAX) within 30 days of your purchase
REFUND RULES
- You must buy directly from us or an authorized seller.

- Weekend delays.

NO REFUND IN THESE CASES
We won't give a refund if:
